We offer training plans for strength, power, hypertrophy, Hyrox, aerobic endurance, and strength & conditioning. These programs aren’t fully personalized, but we’ll adjust your weights and make monthly updates to ensure steady progress. Each month includes small exercise variations to keep your training fresh and engaging.
Every plan is backed by science and research, with purpose behind every exercise. Weekly check-ins via message help keep you consistent and accountable.
This plan combines a tailored gym program with nutritional guidance, specifically designed for healthy and sustainable weight loss. Your plan will be customized around your schedule, activity level, equipment access, and personal preferences. We offer this only as a bundle, as nutrition is just as vital as exercise for effective weight loss.

Every client is unique, so your workout plan should be too. When you sign up, we create a personalized training program tailored to your goals, fitness level, equipment access, schedule, and any injuries or preferences. Whether you train at home, in the gym, or on the go, your plan evolves as you progress and can be updated monthly as needed.

You can message us anytime with questions or feedback—we’ll respond promptly. After each session, we’ll also check in via message or voice note to see how things went.
These plans are ideal for all clients, including those training for sports or events like triathlons.
This will be us giving you a personal training session via the best platform for you (WhatsApp, Zoom or Teams). We will deliver you a session based on your goals and needs, we will show you the form of each exercise if needed, count your reps, provide immediate feedback on each exercise/set that you do. We will hold you accountable and motivate you. We will also work around you based on how much time you have (30mins/45mins/1hr), we will also plan the sessions based on home workouts, workouts at the gym or wherever you decide you want to do your session. This will also be a chance for you to meet us and ask any questions you may have.
